Michelle O’lee is the founder and visionary behind O’lee dé Lüx Salon Professionals, but her story began long before the name O’lee became a destination for elevated beauty and healthy hair.

More than 13 years ago, Michelle began building her vision at Shear Rubies. It was humble beginnings—one chair, a growing reputation, long days, and the determination to create something that reflected the level of care she believed every client deserved. Shear Rubies became the starting point for something much larger.

Through the years, Michelle continued to refine her craft, expand her education, mentor other beauty professionals, and develop a philosophy rooted in the belief that healthy hair is the foundation of beautiful hair. With more than 30 years in the beauty industry and professional experience that includes licensing in California and Georgia and teaching at Empire Beauty School in Harrisburg, her work has always extended beyond styling hair. It has been about education, transformation, and developing people.

Today, that early vision has evolved into O’lee dé Lüx Salon Professionals—a salon built around intentional beauty, healthy hair, professional development, and an elevated client experience.
