With over 30 years of experience, Michelle O'lee has built more than a career, she has built a foundation. Her journey has taken her across the country, refining her craft and expanding her perspective, becoming licensed in both California and Georgia; two of the most influential beauty markets in the industry.

She has also served as an instructor with Empire Beauty School in Harrisburg, helping shape the next generation of beauty professionals. While she currently isn’t teaching there, Michelle continues to do what she has always done best:

Educate. Develop. Elevate.

Through personal mentorship and in-house training, she remains deeply committed to growing the next generation of artists, ensuring that the O’lee standard is not only maintained, but multiplied.

In November 1929, Miss Caroline Barbour received her diploma for completing the Poro System of Shampooing and Pressing Hair, Manicuring, and Facial Massaging.

This was more than training.
