O'lee de'Lux is primarily a “by appointment” salon, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business; however we understand that scheduling challenges happen. Therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments or incur a 50% service penalty.
Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a penalty of 50% of the service amount will be incurred.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a penalty of 50% of the service amount.
We value your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our members. Should we need to cancel on a member due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

We ask that members call the salon if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. Members who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

We may have to reschedule your service entirely if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will incur a penalty of 100% of the service scheduled.
Members who "No Show" on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule in the future.
We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at O'lee de'Lux we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue.
We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. If something were to happen to your child at our salon, it would be devastating to you and your family, as well as ours.
For this reason, we ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their service safely.
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent members and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience.
